EDMR & Trauma
An employee who feels good about themselves is resilient, motivated, and productive. But mental strain—from work-related stress to personal worries—can build up unnoticed. And if it goes on for too long, it often leads to absenteeism. Not overnight, but step by step. Fortunately, this process can also be reversed before things go wrong.
The preventive coaching program “Mental Strength at Work” helps employees pause in time, recharge, and get back on track—before symptoms worsen or time off becomes necessary.
What does this program do?
The program offers accessible, professional guidance to employees who are experiencing mental strain but are not yet receiving treatment from mental health services. This includes stress, worrying, fatigue, or difficulty concentrating. Employees who have just returned from sick leave or who want to work on their work-life balance can also participate.
Goal: maintain healthy functioning and prevent escalation.
Who is it for?
For employees who:
- experience stress or mental strain (personal or work-related),
- have mild symptoms, such as low mood, sleep problems, or low energy,
- are not currently receiving mental health care, or who want support following treatment,
- want to work on setting boundaries, achieving balance, building self-confidence, or boosting motivation.
