You feel exhausted, tense, or down, or you’re losing track of things. Maybe you’re still managing, but it’s taking more and more energy. Or you’ve had to take time off (partially) and are wondering how to get back on track.
At Cora & Co, you can get psychological support tailored to your situation and your work. It’s calm, thoughtful, and focused on what you need.
Our approach
We are a multidisciplinary team with extensive experience in specialized mental health care. We combine psychological treatment with a focus on work and recovery, without making work the goal in itself.

What programs are available?
You don’t have to decide which program suits you best on your own. We’ll figure that out together. Below is an overview of the types of support we offer.
Short-term recovery and intervention program (6–8 sessions)
For when you’re dealing with stress, overload, or early signs of burnout.
What we’ll work on:

finding calm and reducing symptoms

managing stress and pressure more effectively

clarifying what’s achievable at work
What it can offer you:
More energy, clarity, and control—and the sense that you don’t have to push yourself to the limit.

Specialized program for more complex mental health issues (12–16 sessions)
For when your symptoms are deeper or more long-term, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or persistent patterns that also affect your work.
What we’ll work on:

therapy (such as CBT, schema therapy, or EMDR)

insight into patterns that throw you off balance

support with functioning and recovery
What it can offer you:
Greater stability, fewer complaints, and a stronger foundation—at work and beyond.
Preventive Coaching Program (4–6 sessions)
For when you notice the pressure building, but you haven’t reached your breaking point yet.
What we’ll work on:

recognizing and maintaining boundaries

handling responsibilities

addressing stress and tension early on
What it can offer you:
Help you avoid getting stuck and teach you how to make adjustments before things get out of hand.
Relapse Prevention and Aftercare (3–4 sessions spread over 6 months)
For when you’ve recovered and are back at work, but still feel anxious.
What we’ll work on:

learning to recognize warning signs

support in rebuilding and finding balance

space to discuss what remains challenging

Referrals are usually made through your company doctor or employer. We’ll work with you to determine the most appropriate course of action.
Any information we share with your employer or company doctor is always provided within the agreed-upon parameters and with respect for your privacy.
You always have control over what information is shared.

At Cora & Co, you can begin a program right away. We understand that work pressure and stress don’t wait. That’s why we schedule appointments quickly and work with you to determine which format works best: online, in-person, or hybrid.
Hybrid coaching
Our programs are flexible: sessions can take place both in person and online, so they fit your schedule and work context. This keeps coaching accessible and practical.
Introductory meeting
An initial meeting is brief, safe, and non-binding. We discuss your situation, needs, and possibilities so the program can start immediately in a relevant and effective way.
