Therapy
An open, collaborative partnership is central to my therapeutic work. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the treatment: a safe and supportive space where you can be yourself and where we explore together what you have experienced, how this affects your life, and what is needed for healing and growth.
I practice integrative psychotherapy, which combines various approaches, such as insight-oriented, body-oriented, cognitive, systemic, and experiential methods. Depending on your needs, we’ll work at your pace, within your capabilities, and in a way that resonates with your personal meaning.
My style is relational, trauma-sensitive, and focused on fostering self-insight, resilience, and self-direction. The goal is not only symptom relief but also strengthening inner coherence and regaining a sense of autonomy and authenticity.

Our programs are flexible: sessions can take place both in person and online, so they fit your schedule and work context. This keeps coaching accessible and practical.
Introductory meeting
An initial meeting is brief, safe, and non-binding. We discuss your situation, needs, and possibilities so the program can start immediately in a relevant and effective way.
