Our team
Cora Koorn
Director/coach
With years of experience in coaching, psychology, and leadership, I guide individuals and teams in developing insight, resilience, and self-direction. My approach is open, relational, and attentive, with a focus on personal development and practical growth. Together, we explore what’s going on, how it affects work and life, and what’s needed to achieve goals and restore balance.
Coaching & Leadership
My fascination with people and their stories lies at the heart of my work. While therapy often focuses on recovery, coaching centers on development: strengthening leadership qualities and personal effectiveness.
I work from a foundation of open and equal collaboration. We explore the patterns that influence behavior and choices, and what’s needed to create new perspectives and room to move. My approach is insightful, relational, trauma-sensitive, and neurodivergence-informed, with an eye for the person behind the role.
As the director of a small-scale organization, I bring hands-on experience of what it takes to stay on course with vision, quality, and people at the same time — experience I draw on in coaching leaders who want to strengthen their role or navigate pressure, conflict, and change.
My expertise sits at the intersection of psychology, therapy, leadership, and organizational development, working with individuals and teams alike.
Willem Malkus
Psychiatrist
I’m an old hand in psychiatry. Sometimes that’s an advantage, sometimes a disadvantage. Either way, working from my background in psychoanalysis, I try to explore together with patients what — or which — influences have shaped them into the person they are.
Sylvia Jansen
Coach & Team Trainer
Sylvia Jansen is a coach and trainer — a guide for personal and team development.
As a coach, Sylvia supports people with personal and professional development questions. Her background in Integrative Psychotherapy gives her a broad view of people and the various layers that can play a role in development and change. Drawing on her experience in business and the training world, she brings a wide-ranging and versatile perspective, and has developed into a committed and experienced guide who helps people pause and reflect on what’s really going on, develop new insights, and, from there, create movement and change.
Connection, attention, and depth form the foundation of her way of working. She pays attention to what is said, as well as to what is not directly expressed. That’s often where important information lies — about personal patterns, collaboration, and the dynamics within a team.
Sylvia works with attention, involvement, and curiosity. She offers safety and depth, while also daring to name what she observes and inviting people to look beyond the familiar.
Alongside her work as a coach and trainer, she paints. Her creative perspective helps her look at things from different angles and make room for other ways of experiencing, exploring, and expressing. Creative workshops in the field of personal development are open for discussion.
Tisya Khari
Systemic Therapist | Basispsycholoog
Hi, I’m Tisya. With a background in clinical psychology and training in Systemic Therapy at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust in London, I bring over 9 years of experience across varied contexts, including the NHS in London and specialised mental health care. I understand behaviour and wellbeing as always shaped by the environment someone functions in including the workplace.
In my coaching work, I look not only at the individual employee, but also at the system they operate within- the team, their role, and the dynamics with colleagues and leadership. Working from a systemic and integrative approach, I explore together with the client which patterns are influencing their functioning, collaboration, and resilience, and what’s needed to restore movement and balance. This is how I bring counselling together with a practical, work-focused lens.
Shyla Sarraf
Neuropsychologist
In my treatment, your story is central. I look not only at the complaints you’re experiencing, but also at what lies beneath them: who you are, what you’ve been through, and the patterns that have developed over the course of your life.
My way of working is calm, curious, and without judgment. Together, we explore what’s going on and what’s needed, with respect for what you bring.
My background in neuropsychology and trauma treatment (EMDR, Voice Dialogue, Schema Therapy) helps me understand complaints from different perspectives and recognize the humanity within them — we take this with us together in the treatment.
Ultimately, what matters to me is that you learn to understand yourself better, and from there, make choices that are relevant to your recovery.
We are an experienced team with expertise in both the business sector and specialized mental health care. We combine knowledge of mental health issues with a practical, work-focused approach.
Our focus: helping employees recover and remain employable in the long term.
Our programs are short-term whenever possible, intensive when necessary, and always aimed at reducing absenteeism, promoting recovery, and enhancing job satisfaction.
